International Support and Healing
Therapy is built on mutual trust, respect, vulnerability, and openness.
I believe it's therefore important to share more about who I am, both as a healer and as a person.
I'll tell you a bit about myself to show that, in addition to my extensive knowledge in personal development, I am also an expert through experience.
There is always a choice and a way to stand in your own strength in all facets of life. Every event, whether challenging or joyful, can be an opportunity for personal and spiritual growth. My mission is to guide and support you on this journey, tailored to your needs and circumstances.
Lifelessons
My journey began in Uganda, Africa, where I was born in 1984. In my first year, I traveled throughout Africa with my parents before we moved to the Netherlands. During our initial years in the Netherlands, we relocated several times within a short period. This instability in my early life later revealed a need for more connection and stability during that crucial phase. The repeated farewells to friends and familiar surroundings left a mark, prompting me to isolate parts of myself to avoid the pain. I often felt misunderstood and unheard by my parents on an emotional level, which led to insecurity and later manifested as rebellious behavior.
My high school years presented several challenges. I struggled to fit into the school system, and it wasn't long before I was diagnosed with dyslexia. During this time, feeling stuck, I often looked up and thought, "Better there than here." However, there was always a light within me that urged, "Keep going; there is a way out of this tunnel."
When I was twenty, a major event within my family marked a turning point in my life. Initially, it felt like the final straw, causing me to withdraw even further from the world on an emotional level. Yet, it also prompted me to question, "What is life really about, and what is important to me?"
The accumulation of these events put me emotionally in a constant state of survival. The deep-seated pain affected all facets of my life. Despite these challenges, an inner light persisted, urging me to keep going.
Finding purpose
I decided to leave the Netherlands for Norway, where I had previously undergone outdoor survival training as a teenager. I started working as an explosives expert for various construction companies. Although I enjoyed this phase of my life, I quickly realized that something fundamental was missing—a deeper sense of purpose.
It was in Norway that I encountered a Shaman who profoundly altered my perspective. His ability to unveil details from my past, some of which he couldn’t have known, helped me to see myself more clearly. Through our sessions, I gained insights into dimensions beyond the physical world, including past lives and karmic patterns. This new understanding opened up a broader view of existence and my place within it.
I had always sensed that there was more to life than the tangible world we experience. I was aware that some systems I was part of were not beneficial for my personal growth. My natural sensitivity had led me to build emotional walls in response to past pain, which had caused me to become hardened. The Shaman's work began to dismantle these barriers, creating space for my consciousness to expand.
Upon returning to the Netherlands, I sought to further broaden my perspective and visited a Tibetan master. This encounter led to a transformative journey, and within weeks, I found myself traveling through India with this master for about two months. Over the following two years, I delved deeply into Asian culture, exploring India, Nepal, and China, where I had the privilege of learning from masters of diverse religions and philosophies.
In China, I delved into martial arts, Chinese medicine, and Taoism. I trained as a Tai Chi teacher, engaging deeply with this ancient movement practice, which I approach with a therapeutic focus. Tai Chi helps uncover and address energy blockages through specific exercises, guiding individuals towards physical and mental rejuvenation. My experiences in Asia reshaped my worldview, teaching me to embrace a more holistic and integrative perspective on life.
However, my journey took an unexpected turn when I contracted severe food poisoning, followed by an ill-advised medical treatment involving a medicinal infusion. This situation forced me to return to the Netherlands and embark on a long process to restore my health. The chemicals from the infusion disrupted my hormone balance and digestive system, resulting in years of effort to regain control over my energy and well-being. This experience significantly deepened my understanding of both conventional and alternative healthcare, greatly contributing to my growth in consciousness and holistic perspective on life.
The transition to supporting others
During my own process to broaden my consciousness and regain my health, I entered into a collaboration with a second Norwegian Shaman whom I had previously met on a trip to Norway. We offered private sessions and workshops together in various places, mainly in the Netherlands. During this period I learned a lot about working with energy, my sensitivity and my consciousness grew further to a level where I can now scan, feel and release blocked energy in people, even over long distances (for example via telephone or video calling) and can help them heal.
In recent years, I’ve completed several courses, including those in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), which have provided me, from a different perspective, with valuable insights into the workings of the subconscious and the impact of communication. At the same time I started working with a Shaman from Singapore. With him I have developed further on a cosmic level, where I experience more cooperation with guides and ascended masters who support us in life from the spirit world.
Over the years I have always kept an eye on effectiveness in understanding and healing both my inner world and the outside world. I have been able to integrate all these experiences and knowledge into the treatments that I can provide to others. Many of the tools I use are a combination of regression therapy, inner child work, constellation work, NLP, Chinese medicine, de-armouring and the use of various healing systems.
This combination of knowledge and tools allows me to offer broader support options than many coaches, where all facets of life are important to me at every level. My treatments often start with healing, which can then be followed by coaching.
I have also experienced that through the gifts and experiences I have acquired, I can also support animals with healings, by giving them a voice through energy work. For experiences from others, see the testimonials.
Furthermore, my heart goes out to working with young people who have difficulty finding their own way in this life. This comes from my own past.
Mission
Ultimately, my mission is to empower people to live their full potential, aligning myself with their evolving needs and opportunities, so they can contribute their unique gifts to the well-being of society and the world.
